You’ll Love Staying at the Reef View Hotel!
We’ve partnered exclusively with The Reef View Hotel which offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and island adventure for the whole family. All rooms are spacious and well-appointed, each with a private balcony that opens to either lush tropical gardens or views of the Coral Sea.
Families will love that kids eat free at Pool Terrace and Sails restaurants, and guests enjoy complimentary access to beach sports like snorkelling, catamarans, stand-up paddleboarding, and windsurfing. You’ll also have free use of the gym (excluding group fitness), as well as tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts.

Room types and upgrades
All accommodation packages include a stay in one of our premium room types: the Reef View King, Queen/Queen, or the Reef Family Room, depending on the specific package selected. Each booking is automatically allocated one of these comfortable and spacious options to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Should guests wish to enhance their experience further, upgrade quotes are available upon request, allowing members to tailor their accommodation to suit their preferences.

Booking with children 4 years and under
Please don’t include children 4 years and under in your package selection. For example: If you are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6 years old at time of travel), please select Package 3.
We will only be charging for Children 6 months — 4 years if they will be attending Kids Club for the 2 day sessions. There will be a question in the registration and if you answer YES we will contact you to discuss your options. Children 4 years and under will require a privately booked babysitter for the evening functions.
Western Australian and Northern Territory members
We know that you will have a long journey to Hamilton Island and have some travel options for you. Please contact us at club.clipsal@se.com and we will provide these options to help with your travel plans.

A 2-storey apartment with an upstairs bedroom housing 2 queen beds and a lounge and kitchen downstairs.
Superior Reef Suite
A 2-storey apartment, recently refurbished with an upstairs bedroom housing 2 queen beds and a lounge and kitchen downstairs.
Reef Family Suite
A 2-storey apartment with 2 upstairs bedrooms with a queen bed each, 2 downstairs bedrooms with a single bed each, along with a lounge, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.
Terrace Suite
Available in one or two bedroom options for those seeking extra luxury with a private spa and large outdoor terrace.
The Sundays
The Sundays is the newest boutique property on Hamilton Island tucked away on a quiet hillside. 5 - 10 min walk to the conference facilities.
The Beach Club
An adults-only oasis; this tranquil, boutique resort property sits right on a private area of Catseye Beach, overlooking the Coral Sea.
Extend your trip
You can extend your stay at Hamilton Island pre or post AMPED26 so you can enjoy more of the stunning Whitsundays area. Hamilton Island will honour the conference rate that we have secured for the days before and after the AMPED26 Conference.
