Is there a mounting bracket available for 9012G switches?
9012G Industrial Pressure Switches
Switches may need to be mounted in locations where the standard mounting holes are not usable.
Some of the 9012G switches can be ordered with an alternate back which has different mounting holes. One would need to use form F to gain this backing on a standard switch. This option is only available on select models and cannot be ordered separately. Dimensions are attached.
The part number is 3155H4 at this stage anticipated release is December 2016.
The part number for Iconic cover to suit is 3015/4C.
PDL no longer supplies the Thermosafe range, or any heating appliances.
255 x 362 is the cutout size for the flush mount box.
See attached pdf for more.
The part number for the ICONIC night walk is a 3025NW. which is only the cover/sensor light. You will also need the grid which is a 3025G.

Is the 9013F compatible with Skydrol?
It is not recommended for Skydrol. Nitrile is the standard material used in diaphragm for the 9013F devices. The 9012G has an option to use ethylene propylene, form Q3, for the diaphragm.
Note that 9012G switches are control devices and cannot support inductive loads directly, but require an interposing contactor.
The 9049A26S is a surge suppressor for use in applications with oil, coolants, and hydraulic fluids. This snubber cannot be used on air or water applications. There is no suppressor for these types of applications; it will be necessary to move the switch physically away from the pump.
Pumptrol pressure switches, Class 9013
Noryl SE-1X is used on 9013G devices for the cover, and on 9013F products with 3R rating.

To adjust the scale factor of PM800, the procedure would be as follows:
Step 1) Write the value 9020 to register 8000 to enter the setup mode.
Step 2) Write the desired scale factor value to the appropriate register. The scale factor would be in the range of #3209 to 3215, there is a range each type of scale factor. Refer the attached extract of PM800 register list. e.g. if you want to change the 3 phase ammeter so that you can read up to 1 decimal. You have to write -1 as value for the register 3209 e.g. if you want to change the power so that you can read it as mega watt. You have to write 3 as value for the register 3214 Repeating this step for each subsequent scale factor change can change multiple scale factors.
Step 3) Write the value 1 to register 8001 to save the changes made in Step 2.
Step 4) Write the value 9021 to register 8000 to exit the setup mode. The power meter will reset. The power values will now be displayed on the Display of power meter with the new scale.
The scheduled maintenance job for the ION_Data database fails due to insufficient space on the C drive.
The following information appears in the Task History of the Maintenance job for the ION_Data database:
- Step 1
Executed as user: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. Insufficient space is available on C: drive to execute the requested task. The system database tempdb must be able to grow to 1085.60 MB to complete the requested task.
The job failed. The Job was invoked by Schedule 11 (Schedule for [ION_Data] - MAINTENANCE - Job). The last step to run was step 4 (Step 4 - Email On Task Failure).
There is insufficient disk space on the C drive. If the available space is less than 1.1GB, the Maintenance schedule will not work.
Free up space on the C drive to let the system database (tempdb) to grow to 1.1 GB.
Alternatively, move tempdb to a location where there is sufficient space. See KB article 10156 for instructions on how to do this.

If the data is collected on a 15 minute interval, there is no difference between rolling demand and present demand. Data that is collected on a 5 minute interval is the average of the current interval and the previous two. For example, if the data is measure at 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15, 2:20, 2:25, and 2:30, the rolling demand for 2:20 would be the average of the readings taken at 2:10, 2:15, and 2:20.
With 15 minute interval data, the 30 minute rolling demand is calculated by averaging the previous demand interval with the current one. For example, data is taken at 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, and 3:00. The 30 minute rolling demand for 2:45 is the average of the demand readings at 2:30 and 2:45.
With 15 minute interval data, the 60 minute rolling demand is calculated by averating the current demand interval with the previous three. For example, data is taken at 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00, 3:15, 3:30, and 3:45. The 60 minute rolling demand for 3:15 is the average of the demand readings at 2:30, 2:45, 3:00, and 3:15.

Can a 9012GAR5 be used on water systems?
9012 Pressure Switches
Yes, all components are compatible with water systems. However, salt water may attack standard flange material and may work best with 9013F Form Q. It is important to note that these switches are control rated devices. An interposing starter, or contactor must be used for switching a pump motor . Low level signals to PLCs or computers requires the use of an interposing low level switching relay.

Arc Flash mitigation
Masterpact and Powerpact P and R
Prior to October 2015, the AMS system was used. Refer to FAQ FA176050 for more information on this option.
Since October 2015, the Energy Reduction Maintenance Setting (ERMS) System has been the preferred method of reducing arc-flash incident energy.
The ERMS switch can be turned “ON” to reduce circuit breaker tripping time. This sets the instantaneous pickup to a pre-programmed value.
Default if not programmed = 2 x In.
Basic components are:
- A Masterpact or Powerpact circuit breaker with a Micrologic P or H trip unit with a blue label on the upper right corner with the letters ERMS
- An I/O Module (Input/Output Programmable Module) LV434063
- A switch, ULP cable, power supply
