The ATS22 and ATS48 only support Modbus communication protocol.
Use a Gateway for Modbus - Ethernet IP conversion.
Consider the EGX150 - Link150 Ethernet Gateway or a device from a 3rd party such as ProSoft or AnyBus.
Please be aware that you cannot do I/O scanning on the ATS48 or the ATS22 soft starter.

Unfortunately, not. The IEM3255 is only capable of Modbus RTU. However, the meter can utilize one of our ethernet gateways such as the LINK150 which will allow for a WIFI router to connect to it.
