Therefore, the actual load must be great enough to cause the motor to draw more than 10% of the rated current for the soft starter. If the load is light you may be able to get it to run if the ACC is decreased.

        171CCC9x030 M1E Processor IEC Exec. Upgrade to v.1.27e

        Goals and Symptoms

        The purpose of this resolution is to inform Momentum M1E users that the IEC Exec. has been upgraded to version 1.27e for Concept 2.6.

        Facts and Changes

        Exec. v.1.27e resolves the following 3 issues:

        • Version 1.27 no longer sets the PSH flag in the FIN or SYN. Communications to a TBox PLC would not work properly because the M1E would set the PSH flag in the FIN. Version 1.26e set this flag in the FIN. Versions prior to 1.26e set this flag in the SYN.
        • Every time a TCPIP MSTR block was activated, the 'TCP Retry' counter in the Ethernet Statistics web page would increment. Version 1.27e will not increment the TCP Retry counter when the MSTR block is activated.
        • The M1E Ethernet port would lockup if the PLC exceeded its watchdog timer (WDT) value with the constant sweep function enabled. The Ethernet port lockup is resolved in v.1.27e.

        Causes and Fixes

        The following Momentum M1E processors are affected:

        • 171CCC96030
        • 171CCC98030

          The processors are field upgradeable using the Exec Loader Utility found in Concept programming software.
          Note: It is recommended to power cycle the M1E immediately after downloading an Exec. and before loading a configuration.
