      Cause:
      Customer was using competitor brand and it burns after 10 seconds

      Resolution:
      The time for which the coil of the remote tripping or electrical resetting device, LAD703 or LA7D03 can remain energized depends on the rest time in between energizing the coil. 
      Minimum pulse to energize is 200ms

      1 second pulse needs a 9 second rest time
      5 second pulse needs a 30 second rest time
      10 second pulse needs a 90 second rest time
      Maximum duration of energizing the coil is 20 seconds and would require a 300 second rest time.

      Mounting this module to TeSys LC1D40A through LC1D65A contactor requires the use of the LAD4BB3 wiring adaptor. This adaptor can be fitted only to contactors with no coil suppressor.

      No.  The voltage code BD3 is for the CA4D Low Consumption relays only.   A 24 volt DC coil with built in transient suppression is not available on the CA3D relay.    Use the add on LA4DA1E varister style or the LA4DC1U diode style add on transient suppressors on the CA3D relays.

      No. The LA4DC1U diode unit will only fit the older TeSys D contactors. Tesys D DC coils include suppression automatically, it`s not needed.

      Why does my other equiptment trip when my contactor releases?

      The colapsing coil voltage on DC is causing a Back EMF (electro magnetic field) issue. This is solved with either a varistor LA4SKE1E or a Diode LA4SKC1U on the LP1K09 contactor.

      Customers ask for the thread size and dimensions of the threaded rod. They may also ask if the Ladder Stacking Kit can be used on other manufacturer's ladder.

      The threaded rod has 5/8"-11 coarse threads. The length is 12".
      The Ladder Stacking Kit will mount onto a ladder rail with the maximum dimensions of 1 1/4" tall x 1/2" thick.
      NOTE: Although this product is named Ladder Stacking Kit it is used to suspend a ladder. The ladder that's on top must be suspended, probably from above. This kit is then used to suspend another ladder underneath the first one.
