                                                              Is there a problem using Altivar 61 or Altivar 71 drives delta power system?

                                                              Wants to use Altivar 61 or Altivar 71 drives on delta power system.

                                                              Needs to know if the RFI filter needs to be disabled when using a corner grounded delta system?

                                                              Resolution:
                                                              As long as the input voltage remains within the normal range there should not be a problem.
                                                              This should be treated the same way as an impedance grounded system.
                                                              Remove the jumper to the left of the power terminal.
                                                              See the section of the installation manual for Operation on an IT (Isolated or impedance grounded neutral) system for details.
                                                              See the drives installation manual for more information and location of the RFI's filter tab.

                                                              Is there an offer for Nema 4X rated drives?

                                                              Wondering if the ATV61 or ATV71 drives are available in type 4 or 4X enclosures

                                                              Needs to get the ATV61 and ATV71 drive in a NEMA 4 or 4X stand alone enclosure.

                                                              Resolution:
                                                              There is not a standard offering for type 4 or 4X enclosures for our drives.
                                                              It may be possible to install the drive in a properly selected enclosure by a local panel builder or contractor.
                                                              Or, contact a local SquareD field office for assistance. They may be able to offer assistance with other options.

                                                              Can the analog output of the ATV61 or ATV71 be set up as 0-10 VDC instead of 4-20 mA?

                                                              Needs to set up a analog output of the ATV61 or ATV71 drive, to be set up as 0-10 VDC instead of 4-20 mA.

                                                              Yes.
                                                              Go to the Input/Output menu (1.5) and set AO1 type to voltage (0-10v range). Set AO1 assignment to the proper setting. The minimum and maxim range can also be adjusted inside the 0-10 V or 4-20  mA ranges.
                                                               

                                                              Why is the keypad not included with ATV61 and ATV71 drives?

                                                              Customer concerned whether the HMI came with the drive

                                                              Resolution:
                                                              For all ATV61 and ATV71 drives without the letter Z at the end of the part number the keypad is included.
                                                              However, it is easy to not notice the keypad in the packaging material. The keypad is located inside folded cardboard that also functions as packing material. Check inside all folded cardboard packing materials. There is no sticker to indicate that the keypad is inside.

                                                              ATV61 & ATV71 drives with the letter Z at the end of the part number do not include the removable LCD HMI keypad display. These units do have a simplified LED display and programming keys on the face of the control board itself. The removable LCD HMI keypad display may be installed on these units.
