The closest alternative is a 7006A. The cut-out is slightly different as the OW8450 had a cut-out of 170mm where as the 7006A has a cut-out of 180mm so it may not fit the existing hole.

You could use a 7107A and possibly 2 of the 7100WP adaptor plates, though the window glass may need to be replaced.

No. It is not possible. As per the attached document the NW16 have sensor rating only from 800 - 1600A, So a 2000A Sensor Plug is not suitable for NW16 Breaker. So it can not be changed.

No, the HMIG3U does not need a powered USB hub to power the XVGU and HMIZRA1. Each of the USB ports of the HMIG3U can supply upto 500ma of current. The two devices require 400ma each.
What does form Y203 mean on the 9007C series limit switches?

The Form Y203 or (Y20-3) is for the factory modification to rotate the Turret head 180 degrees from its standard position.
However, this form is no longer available but the modification can be done in the field. The head can actually be rotated
360 degrees in 90 degree increments.

The minimum short circuit current is necessary to ensure the protection by the built-in semiconductor fuses. In case of an internal failure (broken IGBT, short circuit in the DC bus, …) the mains MUST be able to deliver a short circuit current which is big enough to break the fuse.
Example (see attached picture):
If an ATV680C16Q4X1 with 400A fuses is supplied by a generator which delivers just 1000A in case of a short circuit, the fuse will take 60 sec (!) to melt. With the recommended minimum short circuit current of 4000A it will take just 2 milliseconds!
This relates to the 11 mm diameter of the shaft for the related 9007C rotary limit switches.
