2033CC1 Room Access Card Operated Switch, 250VAC, 16A, Series 2000
The 2000 series keytag switches and room access card operated switches are the ideal form of energy management for hotels, motels and other locations where power can be left on unnecessarily. Inserting the keytag or card into the switch activates selected circuits to operate lighting, air-conditioning, television, radio and other appliances. Circuits to refrigerators and other equipment that needs to continually run are not connected to the switches. Removing the keytag or card automatically cuts off power to all of the circuits to significantly reduce power wastage. Several models are available in the range, including versions with neons. All Keytag and Room Access Card Operated Switches are 250V, except for the 6200KT.

Some of the key features are:
      • Access card operated switches 2000 series
      • one way/Two way switch
      • 116 mm Length x 76 mm Width x 36mm Depth
      • 84 mm mounting centre

What should be checked if an Altivar 61 or 71 display is showing NLP?

      Issue:
What should be checked if an Altivar 61 or 71 display is showing NLP?

      Product Line:
      ATV61/71 drives

      Environment:
      All

      Cause:
      Drive displays 'NLP'

      Resolution:
NLP indicates that no line power is present on the L1, L2 & L3 input terminals of the drive controller.

      Check voltage at the L1, L2 & L3 terminals.
Check for open circuits on line contactors, circuit breakers, disconnect switches, or fuses.

If NLP state does not change with correct voltage present on L1, L2, & L3, remove the control board and check for loose connections of ribbon cables inside the drive.
WARNING: This step should be performed while the drive is powered down, and proper personal protective equipment should be worn.

For example: In an ATV71HC25N4 a customer found a loose X3 connector from the control board to the board behind and above the control board. This connector was on a ribbon cable that was about 1 inch by 1 inch. Drive ran OK after this was reseated.

      Cause:
Needs to get the ATV61 and ATV71 drive in a NEMA 4 or 4X stand alone enclosure.

      Resolution:
There is not a standard offering for type 4 or 4X enclosures for our drives.
It may be possible to install the drive in a properly selected enclosure by a local panel builder or contractor.
Or, contact a local SquareD field office for assistance. They may be able to offer assistance with other options.

Do the electronic boards of the Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 drives have conformal coating?

      Issue:
Do the electronic boards of the Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 drives have conformal coating?

      Product Line:
      Altivar ATV61 and ATV71

      Environment:
      Suffix S337 only

      Cause:
Needs to know if you can order the ATV61 ATV71 drive with conformal coating?

      Resolution:
For the ATV61 & ATV71 drives there is an option to have product treated for increased protection for dusty and corrosive environments. This product is not stocked. Add 'S337' to the end of the catalog number and multiply the listed price by 1.2 to obtain new price. With this option, exposed copper is tinned, circuit boards are conformal coated in critical areas and plastics are treated to better withstand the corrosive nature of certain oils. This option is standard on 55kW/75HP @ 230 Vac and higher & 90kW/125HP @ 460 Vac and higher.

The standard ATV61 and ATV71 drives are designed for maximum ambient pollution as follows:
