Saturn for Discontinuation

At Clipsal we have always been the innovator, leading our industry with the latest technology and products. In 2008 we introduced Saturn, creating a new premium wiring device offer. In 2024 we released SOLIS taking the offer to new heights with innovative design and cutting-edge technology. We feel now is the time to retire Saturn and continue our investment in innovation of new offers.

The Clipsal Saturn 4000 Series has been scheduled for discontinuation and will no longer be manufactured as of August 29, 2025. This decision is based on the product's outdated design and declining sales trends.

Please note that this change does not impact the availability of the Clipsal Saturn Zen Series or Clipsal Saturn C-Bus products, which will continue to be offered. Additionally, we are excited to remind you of the release of our latest premium range, Solis, with further exciting developments in this range to be revealed soon.

Availability

Best efforts will be made to ensure that customer orders are honoured up to 29/08/2025. Orders after this date will be subject to stock availability. Please use MySE or contact customer care for the most up-to-date information regarding stock availability.

Requirements

Models impacted:

  • All 4000 Series references in the following colours
  • Pure White (PW), Ocean Mist (OM), Espresso Black (EB), Horizon Silver (HS) and Horizon Black (HB)

Warranty Coverage

Any warranty on the product will be covered in line with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.

Medilec RCD range

NEW Medilec RCD Range

Clipsal is pleased to announce the new range of Medilec RCD products for both wall-mounted and medical service panel applications.

The Wall Mount range includes RCD Plates, Combination Sockets and Protected Sockets with a new design that matches with Pro Series to allow for a seamless transition between public and patient areas of a hospital or medical centre.

Key features include:

  • Circuit ID windows
  • Antibacterial material
  • Enhanced impact protection

The improved RCD offer extends to the Medical Service Panels with the addition of a new model which will be based on the 2000 series to match the existing MSP solution.

There is no direct replacement for the Black & White Touch Screen, however in some cases the C-Bus IP Touch Panel 5000ETP10W combined with the 5500AC2 or 5500NAC2 C-Bus Controller may be a suitable option.
