How to Get Device Information in RemoteConnect from SCADAPack RTUs

Summary
There is a good diagnostic tool which will provide a dump of the SCADAPack processes which occur during an issue. You can check the SCADAPack 57x hardware version, bootloader firmware version and operating system firmware version. This diagnostic command is called GetInfo. See below for on how to perform this command.

Versions
Applies to RemoteConnect release 2.5.1 onwards.

Action
To get the GetInfo file, a user needs to be connected via RemoteConnect in any support medium. Once they are "online" with the device, they can right-click the Device DTM (or the 4 bar button) and select Additional Functions > Get Device Information from the menu, then open the retrieved text file
