How do I find my SITE ID in Geo SCADA Expert?

SITE ID displays the Unique identifier that is associated with customer support contract, which needs to be provided on contacting Schneider Electric Software Support Team.Customer can identify their SITE ID within Geo SCADA Expert in couple of ways:
- License Details Window
- Server Status Tool
License Details Window
Right click the Geo SCADA Expert Server Icon and select License Details option.
The SITE ID is provided within the information section of the License Details Window which is available on the Geo SCADA Expert server.

Server Status Tool
Right click the Geo SCADA Expert Server Icon and select Status option.
The SITE ID is on the 'Information' page of the Server Status Tool which is available on the Geo SCADA Expert server.
Alternatively, you can also access the server status tool from the ViewX ribbon
Please note:
- Geo SCADA Expert user needs to have System Admin permission to access the License Details Window and Server Status Tool.
- Versions prior to Geo SCADA Expert 2019 don’t display SITE ID
