How to use the Unity Data Dictionary with Vijeo Designer

In Unity

  1. Select Data dictionary & Preload on build changes

  2. Select Only HMI variables.  This reduces the size of data dictionary and is usually only required in very large applications.

  3. In the variable editor select HMI variable.  If it is not practical to do this for every variable used by the HMI then deselect Only HMI variables in step 2.



Note: M340 needs firmware .2.3 or higher & Unity 6.0 or higher



In Vijeo Designer
Select Preload Data Dictionary for online modifications
