Harmony XB5 USB & RJ45 Ports
The new Harmony XB5 USB & RJ45 Ports are now available to purchase! This launch is part of our ongoing product evolution to simplify installation, optimise the product offering, and deliver a more efficient design experience for customers.

Introducing the new 230DRAQTPL2 Meter Box, designed specifically for the Queensland residential market. The product launches on 2 November 2026, with deliveries commencing mid-November.
With 42-pole DIN capacity (2 rows of 21-modules), the 230DRAQTPL2 offers increased capacity and flexibility to meet evolving energy needs. For further information, please contact your local sales representative.

- Future-ready design: 42-pole DIN space (2 x 21M rows) to support additional circuit protection devices
- Generous wiring space: 150mm spacing between DIN rails for integrating devices, with well-positioned cable knockouts for efficient fit-off.
- Neutral & Earth terminal bars: Features just enough neutral terminals for Clipsal RCBOs (without neutral tails) and the Phase Neutral busbar system. Additional neutral and earth grid assembly 230DRANEK can be added as a spare part for installations that need it.

C-Bus Ethernet Touch Panel Launch & Replacement
With the launch of the new Solis C™ Series wall controls & touch panel, the existing C-Bus Ethernet Touchscreen and wall box mount will no longer be available for purchase by end of October 2026 (or until stock runs out). A quantity of stock is still available to order and some will be placed in reserve for any future warranty claims.
The new C-Bus Solis C Touch Panel will be available from mid-October 2026, featuring improved technology and capability such as: a 10.1-inch colour touchscreen, high-resolution display, slim design, customisable fascias & dashboards, and wired & wireless connectivity. It will be compatible with most existing Clipsal mounting boxes except fhe 500ETP10WB. For a full list of part numbers and mounting accessory compatibilities, please view the document below.
C-Bus Relay 5102RVF Obsolescence
This product update is to inform you that the C-Bus Relay 5102RVF has reached EOL (end of life) and will no longer be available for purchase by the end of October 2026 or until stock runs out.
The affected Model Number is 5102RVF (Single & 2 Channel Relay, C-Bus Control and Management System, 250V, 10A, Voltage Free, Inductive Load).
A quantity of stock is still available to order and some will be placed in reserve for any future Warranty claims.
