New Clipsal Heat Alarm 755HA5L
Heat alarms are no longer optional — they’re becoming essential. In high usage areas like garages and laundries, smoke alarms aren’t recommended - everyday steam, dust and fumes cause false alarms — yet these rooms still need protection.
We’re completing the safety picture. From 16 July, Clipsal expands its safety portfolio with a new Heat Alarm (755HA5L) — helping wholesalers stay ahead of tightening compliance and growing residential demand.

On-The-Go Learning Centre Updates
OTGLC heading to Northern Territory in August!
The On-the-Go Learning Centre (OTGLC) has travelled across the country, from Mackay in Queensland through to Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. The journey has continued from Esperance in southern WA, with seven stops along the way before reaching Kununurra in northern WA. From there, the trailer will head to the Northern Territory in August.

mySchneider Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
The mandatory activation of Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) will now take place across mySchneider (web and app) on Wednesday July 29th.
To further strengthen the security of our platform and protect your account, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will become mandatory on the mySchneider platform. Here’s why it matters for you:
- Prevents unauthorised access
- Protects against phishing and cyber attack
- Safeguards user data - even if password is compromised
Smart MFA Login Experience
Once activated, MFA won’t be required every time. The system assesses risk and will only prompt for MFA when something unusual occurs like logging in from a new device, browser, or location. It’s designed to balance security with convenience.
Multiple MFA Options Available

- SMS on your mobile – Learn how to activate
- Auth0 Guardian App on your mobile
- Fingerprint, Face Recognition or Windows PIN (Passkey)

Wiser Simplification
As part of our ongoing commitment to simplify our Wiser offer and enhance future capability, we will be phasing out our BLE (Bluetooth default mode) product range and the IR converter by the 31st of August, 2026. This will enable us to focus on our core Zigbee-based solutions and future innovations, delivering improved scalability and smart home features, helping to provide more business opportunities.
BLE (Bluetooth) connectivity and subsequent features remain available on the Zigbee default mode alternatives, with a simple mode swap from Zigbee > BLE. See below for how we’re supporting this change and for a list of obsolete references.
Support on this range update
Every effort will be made to ensure stock is available until the discontinuation date above. We may continue to sell past this date to support customers until all remaining stock is consumed. Please use mySchneider or contact customer care for the most up-to-date information on remaining stock availability.
Any warranty and support for these products will be covered in line with our obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Zigbee > BLE (Bluetooth) mode changes
Please note that the Iconic Wiser switches, dimmer and sockets can operate in either Zigbee or BLE mode. BLE point to point control (such a setting a timer or schedule) using the Wiser by SE app is still achievable on the Zigbee default devices (e.g. 41E10PBSWMZ-VW), by switching modes from Zigbee to BLE with 4 presses (holding for 20s on the 4th press).

In this update of Get Wired with C-Bus, we highlight the latest firmware release V2.5.0 for C-Bus Controllers, now available for customers to download. This latest release includes a range of enhancements focused on usability, security, and overall user experience, including:

- Enhanced C-Bus Manager App UI
- A new Climate Control Widget (Manager and Mobile App)
- Improved security features in the mobile app
