      Resolution
      The End of Commercialization date in December 31, 2015.
      There is no availability for repair of the E5600 meter.

      The current replacement meter for the E5600 is the EV55 Meter. Please see the attachments for further informatio on the EV55.

      Does a 56 series plug keep its IP rating when it is unplugged?

      Only if it has a cover on it (56PC is the cover for 16-50A plugs)
      When the plug is unplugged from a socket or cord connector the pins are exposed so it has no IP rating

      The E5600 pulses are actually transitions.
      2 transitions represent 1 Hz.
