Why is the RCD On not illuminating on my C2025RCD30?

This does not illuminate due to it being a 'Flag' and not an LED indicator, as mentioned on the installation instructions.
The flag is simply a coloured material that rotates behind a window that when the RCD is on it turns to RED rather than BLACK.
This can be difficult to see at times and especially in a dark space or if not looking directly into the window.
