In Wiser by SE, why is there a warning when I go to clear the cache that the device control panel will not work without an internet connection after clearing the cache?

The first time you open the control panel of each device, the control panel is downloaded from the cloud. If you continue to use the App without clearing the cache, it will work even without internet, because the control panel has already been downloaded. But if you clear the cache, then disable 4G (no internet), then you will not be able to use the control panel, as you need internet to download the new control panel to your App.
