When you are not at home you can use the app to remotely control the devices assigned to your Home via mobile data/4G, provided that the devices are powered, connected to the home Wi-Fi/Zigbee network and have internet access through the modem/router. It is important that both your phone and the Hub have internet accessIf you cannot control your devices when not at home, it may be that your phone or the home network is not able to connect to the Internet or the devices/hub are not currently powered.
