How to resolve missing images from retrieved C-Bus Touchscreen project?

After retrieving the project off the C-Bus touchscreen, all images are missing and have a red cross.
Note: this relates to the C-Bus Black and White, Black and White MKII, C-Touch and Spectrum touchscreens.

This issue occurs because the images are being zipped.


To resolved this issue



Uncheck the Use Zip File option (which is the default) if checked when selecting Data to be Transferred
