Why is my Wiser Air (North America model) account showing unable to reach device?

Wiser Air (North America model)
Wiser Air must connect to the internet in order to be accessed from your account.
  • Make sure the wireless router is connected to the internet.
  • Verify the thermostat is connected to WiFi, Wiser-M, and Wiser-N.
    • If any of the above are disconnected on Wiser Air, you will need to restart the thermostat by inserting a paperclip in the hole on the bottom of the thermostat for 10 seconds. 
  • If problem continues contact Wiser Tech Support at (855) 559-4737

Wiser Air can only be controlled via the thermostat if the application servers are down or unable to access the Wiser Air account.
