Wiser Air (North America model)Resolution:
Wiser Air must connect to the internet in order to be accessed from your account.
- Make sure the wireless router is connected to the internet.
- Verify the thermostat is connected to WiFi, Wiser-M, and Wiser-N.
- If any of the above are disconnected on Wiser Air, you will need to restart the thermostat by inserting a paperclip in the hole on the bottom of the thermostat for 10 seconds.
- If problem continues contact Wiser Tech Support at (855) 559-4737
Wiser Air can only be controlled via the thermostat if the application servers are down or unable to access the Wiser Air account.
