Issue:Trying to get the ATV31 to restart at the last set frequency, after the power has been cycled.

Cause:
After a power cycle, when a run command is initiated to the drive, it will run at low speed.
Resolution:
FUN Menu - enter
UPd - Enter
Str = rAn(Save to Ram) - Drive will start at the last set frequency after the run command is cycled
Str = EEP(Save to Eeprom) - Drive will start at the last set frequency after a power cycle
