Iconic Outdoor Features

Water and dust resistant

The Iconic Outdoor range features an innovative design to ensure your outdoor switches and sockets are kept safe and secure.

Integrated shutters seal the socket apertures, preventing water ingress and ensuring an IP54 protection rating. The switches are rated IP56.

Integrated seals fix onto conduits or cables at entry points, removing the need for additional sealants, and pre-drilled mounting holes are positioned outside of the waterproof area to prevent leaks.

Iconic Outdoor Features

Faster installation

Making it faster and easier for electrical contractors to install, the Iconic Outdoor range features large, in-line terminals on the grid. The grid also features large clips, allowing it to be attached to the frame in seconds.

A full, over-moulded rubber frame prevents slipping on the wall where it is to be installed, while also absorbing inconsistencies in the wall surface.

Aesthetically pleasing

Achieving a balance between simplicity of installation and appealing good looks, the Iconic Outdoor range utilises a bi-face system, with an aesthetically pleasing, robust cover for the consumer, which protects and hides the highly technical core which has been uniquely designed for the electrician.

A hidden “press-to-release” lock allows the cover to be easily removed and replaced, so consumers can easily update the look of their Iconic Outdoor switch or outlet.
