Hide Show
Product Line: Power Meters PM5000 series
Environment: METSEPM5560, METSEPM5561, METSEPM5563, METSEPM5580, METSEPM5650
Resolution:
For PM5560, the digital input status can be read in two ways:
1. Register read
- Register 2401
- Bit 0 = DI1
- Bit 1 = DI2
- Bit 2 = DI3
- Bit 3 = DI4
2. Coil read:
- Coil 38416 = DI1
- Coil 38417 = DI2
- Coil 38418 = DI3
- Coil 38419 = DI4
So, to read the current status of the digital inputs:
- use register 2401 to read all four DI statuses in one value
- use coils 38416 to 38419 to read each DI individually
- The data type for register 2401 is BITMAP & it’s a 16bit register
