I’m struggling to pair my Wiser ZigBee dimmer to the app via the Solis rotary Wiser dimmer adaptor, what should I do?

If you are struggling to pair the device, factory reset the Wiser Dimmer and try pairing again. Factory reset is achieved by short pressing the knob 3 times (<0.5s) then long press the knob once (>10s). After 10s the LED will blink red, then re-lease the knob. Completion of factory reset will be indicated by observing the white LED on adaptor blinking for 8 seconds.
