I am a new owner; how do I connect to my Wiser system that has already been set-up by an installer?

Start by downloading and installing the Wiser by SE App on your device. Register an account and sign in to the Wiser by SE App.Your installer should have sent you a redeem code or written it on the hand over card that was provided with the Wiser Hub. In the Wiser by SE App tap on the menu slide out and then tap on Home Management. On the Home Management screen, tap on Join a Home and then enter your redeem code.
Connect your Hub to your home internet router/modem via ethernet cable (recommended) and connect power to the Hub. Then connect to your phone to your home Wi-Fi.
