Locate Log Files for ClearSCADA Mobile

This article briefly explains where necessary information can be obtained from to help troubleshoot issues related to ClearSCADA Mobile. Please go over the following article for initial troubleshooting of such issues.
The following log files can become useful:
1. Server Log Files - click here to read more about this type of log files and how they can be obtained.
2. Snapshot Log Files - click here to read more about this type of log files and how they can be obtained.
3. WebServer Log files - these files can be found in:
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA Mobile\Logs"
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs" for ClearSCADA 2015 R1
- This log does not exist in newer versions of ClearSCADA
4. MobileServer Log files - these files can be found in:
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA Mobile\Logs"
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs" for ClearSCADA 2015 R1 and newer
5. MobileCompanion Log files - these files can be found in:
- "C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\ClearSCADA\Logs"
6. Internet Information Server (IIS) Log files - these log files can be found in:
- "C:\inetpub\logs\LogFiles"
