The On‑the‐Go Learning Centre hits the road across NSW!
We’re nearing the end of our NSW tour, travelling from Alexandria through to Wagga Wagga and beyond. The On‑the‑Go Learning Centre (OTGLC) has already visited 15 locations, delivering hands-on training, new product launches, and practical, real-world insights. And we’re not done yet, with over 60 locations still to visit, there’s plenty more to come.

NOTICE: MAX9 Switchboards Pricing Error
Thank you for the exceptional response to the launch of the new MAX9 Switchboards and a big thank you to all branches that have already placed their initial stock orders — we genuinely appreciate your support.
We’re also seeing very positive feedback from the market, with sparkies calling out the build quality and installer-friendly design — and we’re already hearing that electricians are asking for the new MAX9 Switchboards for their upcoming projects.
We’ve identified an error in the trade pricing that was set at launch for the new MAX9 Switchboards. This was an honest internal error, and it needs to be corrected. The correct pricing is shared in this month’s price file, and the updated pricing will be reflected in our system from 20 May 2026. To minimise disruption and ensure branch pricing is accurate, what we need from you:
What to do
- Please update your system pricing for the New MAX9 Switchboards to align to the corrected pricing.
- Please ensure branches are aware that the current pricing remains valid until 19 May 2026, with the corrected pricing effective 20 May 2026.
