Local Sparkies Powering Multi-Warehouse Development

Mint Electrical Services is a South Australian-owned electrical business established in 2006, focused on delivering high-quality electrical solutions across commercial-industrial sectors.

Mint Electrical were engaged to complete the electrical installation across multiple warehouse facilities with integrated office spaces. The scale of the project presented challenges around the reliability and efficiency of installations, whilst delivering a compliant solution that supported warehouse operations.

Mint Electrical were focused on delivering robust power-distribution, durable fit-offs and faster installations suited to light-warehousing environments that met electrical safety standards.

Taking warehouses to the MAX with Clipsal Commercial

To deliver a consistent and compliant outcome across twelve light warehouse installations while futureproofing them for later development, Mint Electrical specified a Clipsal Commercial solution centred on MAX9 PRO distribution boards, MAX9 switchgear, and Clipsal 2000 Series.

This approach allowed the team to standardise installations across multiple sites while meeting the requirements of applicable Australian Standards, including AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and AS/NZS 61439 for low‑voltage switchgear and assemblies.

MAX9 PRO provided a robust distribution platform well suited to light warehousing applications, supporting typical power and lighting loads with clear circuit separation and accessible wiring space. Full compatibility with MAX9 circuit protection devices ensured consistent fault protection, isolation and compliance across all switchboards, reducing risk and simplifying inspection and sign‑off.

For fit‑off, the Clipsal 2000 Series delivered durable, compliant accessories designed for regular use, helping maintain a professional finish in working warehouse environments.
