The IP module EER72600 does not show up with a WiFi connection, what can I do?

If you are trying to connect to your EER72600 via eSetup in order to update the firmware and are unable to find the product when searching in the eSetup appplease follow these steps:
(1) Close all apps including eSetup
(2) Make sure phone is connected to the WiFi network the EER72600 IP module is on
(3) toggle airplane mode 'ON' on your phone
(4) Open eSetup and attempt to search for the device.
