The part number for a 20A 10mA RCBO is A9D10820 or 4RCBE220/10S
A9D10820 will fit Schneider chassis but cannot not be used for hospitals or body protected areas as it does not switch neutral.
The Clipsal 4RCBE220/10S is suitable for hospitals but will not fit to Schneider chassis.

Do Clipsal have a 20a single module RCBE @ 10ma suited for hospital use ?

Yes we do , In this case it would be the 4RCBE220/10S.
To be approved for use in hospitals the RCBO must be approved as "Type 1" (ie: 10mA sensitivity, switch both Neutral and Active, and trip in <40ms)
The below range of Slimline RCBO's are rated as Type 1 and therefore compatible
