Video: Program "Presence Detection" on C-Bus outdoor PIR sensor

Video: Program "Presence Detection" on C-Bus outdoor PIR sensor

      Objective:
Presence detection sets the sensor to trigger on motion. When motion is detected, the sensor sends a C-Bus command across C-Bus.
this video will step through Program “Presence Detection”, it will cover those C-Bus sensors, 5751L, 5750WPL and 5753L with the old firmware v1.2.67.
If having problem of programming Presence Detection please review FAQ “Program Presence Detection”

      Product Line:
      C-Bus Sensors: 5751L, 5750WPL and 5753L with the old firmware v1.2.67

      Environment:
      C-Bus Toolkit 1.15.5

      Resolution:
      • Open C-Bus Toolkit
      • Scan the Network
      • Double click the sensor to open its GUI
      • Select a control group from the “Key 4 Group” dropdown list, Presence Detection uses “Any Motion (AM)” function
      • Define the Expiry Time (5 minutes assigned by default) and click “OK”
      • Click “Apply” or “OK”
      • Save to Database and Physical Unit

Video: Program "Absence Detection" on C-Bus outdoor PIR sensor

Video: Program "Absence Detection" on C-Bus outdoor PIR sensor

      Objective:
Absence detection sets the sensor to detect the absence of motion. If the lighting is on and the sensor detects the absence of motion, a timer is activated. When the timer expires and the sensor element still detects absence, a C-Bus command is sent to control lighting.
This video will step through Program “Absence Detection”, it will cover those C-Bus sensors, 5751L, 5750WPL and 5753L with the old firmware v1.2.67.
If having problem of programming Absence Dotation please review FAQ “Program Absence Detection”

Does the Corridor Linking function available on C-Bus 5753L sensor?

Yes, If the 5753L sensor has the latest firmware version V2.4.00.

Can i get 5753L in black?

      No. Unfortunately, we do not.

What is the cut out hole size for a CBUS motion detector 5753L

The cut out hole size is 50mm

What is the main difference between part nos 5753L & 5753PEIRL

The 5753PEIRL can control C-Bus by occupancy, light level and also via an IR remote, and can work in conjunction with a switch.

The 5753L operates by occupancy, and can be programmed to operate with a switch.

What is the cut out size for the Clipsal , 360° Infrascan® Passive Infared Motion Sensor?

The cut out size is 50mm, please see the attached installation sheet for further detail.

What is the Pot Level of the C-Bus 5753L if the Potentiometer A set to fully clockwise?

It reads 2550 lux, if the Pot A at the fully clockwise position.

What is the Pot Level of the C-Bus 5753L if the Potentiometer A set to fully anti-clockwise?

It reads 0 lux, if the Pot A at the fully anti-clockwise position.
