Product Line

Environment
Certification documentation

Cause
Customer needs documentation that the 3090 split core CT's are certified to an applicable standard.

Resolution
The American standard is UL 61010-1B, and the Canadian standard is CAN/CSA-C22.2 No. 61010-1-2004.
The design of these CT's has been evaluated and tested to these standards, and been found to meet them.

Could not remove directory \usr\Cfg message when upgrading M241/251 firmware

  • When upgrading using Controller Assistant and USB cable, error message "Could not remove directory \usr\Cfg" is displayed.
  • When upgrading using SD card "Delete "/usr/*" (line 1) returned cleaning error" appears in SCRIPT.log file.

This is because some corrupted files can not be deleted.
To delete these files " Format "/usr" " should be added to SD card script.

In firmwares starting from v4.0.2.52 " Format "/usr" " is added automatically by Controller Assistant when generating SD cards.
