                          What are the wiring terminals on the IEC LRD* overload relays?

                          Resolution:
                          The normally closed overload contact are terminals 95 & 96; and the normally open overload contact are terminals 97 & 98.
                          T1 T2 and T3 are the load terminals. 

                          The normally closed control circuit contact will open when there is a fault, this contact is typically used in series with the control circuit. 

                          The normally open trip signal contact closes when a fault occurs which is typically used to control a pilot light, or alarm. 

                           

                          What is the difference between a LR3D21 and LRD21?

                          What overload can be used for the LC1D32 contactor @16amps?

                          either the LRD21, 12 to 18 amps.
                          Or the LRD22, 16 to 24 amps.

                          What is the Din rail terminal block to suit the LRD12?

                          What is the replacement for a Clipsal 6CTR38/15?

                          This is part of the old Clipsal 6 series contactors which are no longer available .It is an old Clipsal overload, which would need to be changed over to a Schneider LC1D range contactor with overload to suit . Over load to use is either LRD21 for 12-18A or LRD16 for 9-13A

                          Alternative Overload for the PDL56T992 (6.0-9.2A)

                          Either go for the LRD12 (5.0-8.0A) or the LRD14 (7.0-10.0A) depending on the size of the motor. This will not fit the old 56 Series DOL starter

                          the LRD12 is the same rated overload to suit the current range of 56 series DOL starters but will not fit on the old DOL starter the 56T992 was used for.

                          LA7D305 is for use on all other relays (except LRD01 to LRD35 and LR3D01 to LR3D35).

                           

                          Can the LRD01 to LRD35 range be put back to manual from automatic.

                          This LRD range cannot be put back to Manual reset, once the overlaod has been changed from Manual (factory default) to Automatic.
