                          Resolution:
                          The normally closed overload contact are terminals 95 & 96; and the normally open overload contact are terminals 97 & 98.
                          T1 T2 and T3 are the load terminals. 

                          The normally closed control circuit contact will open when there is a fault, this contact is typically used in series with the control circuit. 

                          The normally open trip signal contact closes when a fault occurs which is typically used to control a pilot light, or alarm. 

                           

                          What is the difference between a LR3D21 and LRD21?

                          LA7D03 is used on all other LR*D overload relays other than LRD01 to LRD35 and LR3D01 to LR3D35.


                           

                          Can the LRD01 to LRD35 range be put back to manual from automatic.

                          This LRD range cannot be put back to Manual reset, once the overlaod has been changed from Manual (factory default) to Automatic.

                          What is the replacement for a LR2D1321?

                          The replacement is a LRD21. This will need to be either remotely mounted or the contactor will need to be replaced as it won't fit the existing contactor.

                          What is the overload to suit LE3D12N7 star delta starter?

                          Overload to suit LE3D12N7 will be either LRD12, LRD14 or LRD16 depending on application.

                          What is the replacement overload similar to LR2D1301

                          LR2D1301 discontinued 30/11/2003. Use a LRD01.

                          Alternative Overload for the PDL56T992 (6.0-9.2A)

                          The alternative is LRD16 but this will not fit the contactor in the 56 series starter as it is for the LC1D range of contactors. The PDL56T9120 is no longer available.
                          The new range of 56 series starters, 56DOL, have LC1D contactors and LRD overloads (not fitted).

                          What is the difference between the Surge Arresters reference 15597 and 16447

                          The difference between the Surge Arrester references 15597 and 16447 is as follows:

                          1.) 15597 is a PF20 3Pole Fixed type Type 2 LV Surge Arrester.
                          2.) 16447 is a PRD20 3Pole Withdrawable type Type 2 LV Surge Arrester. 

                          Both are suitable to be used in low risk level and for use in TNC Earthing systems.

                          The difference is that 15597 at its end of life needs to be replaced as it is Fixed type, while 16447 at its end of life can be reused by simply replacing the cartridge as it is Withdrawable type, and the other major advantage is that the wiring does not get disturbed.

                          The standard S-Flex wiring uses the F and R terminals for Run Forward and Run Permissive. 

                          The RES terminal is typically unused and may be assigned and wired to operate the drive in Reverse.  Assign parameter F113 to 3 (Reverse).

                          Cause:
                          Loss of network or network timeout has occurred.

                          Resolution:
                          Err8 means network communication fault error. Try checking the network control devices and cables.
                          The function can be disabled temporarily for troubleshooting by setting F803 to 0 and F851 to 1. However, please do not leave the network disabled. Once troubleshooting is over, please enable F803 back to 1 and F851 back to 4.

                          What would cause an FD1 or FD2 fault on the ATV212 drive?

                          Cause:
                          Drive is intermittently tripping out on FD1 or FD2 faults with Damper feedback programmed.

                          Resolution: 
                          FD1 is the time to open damper fault (F581) is the F code for setting up the open timer.
                          FD2 is the time to close damper fault (F582) is the F code for setting up the closed timer
                           
                          F580 is the feedback  input for damper feedback.
                          F583 is the damper behavior. 0= ignore, 1= freewheel, 2= ramp to stop.
                          You will have to power cycle to reset this fault code.
