What are the wiring terminals on the IEC LRD* overload relays?

                          Product Line:
                          Tesys D line Overload Relays
The normally closed overload contact are terminals 95 & 96; and the normally open overload contact are terminals 97 & 98.
T1 T2 and T3 are the load terminals.

The normally closed control circuit contact will open when there is a fault, this contact is typically used in series with the control circuit.

The normally open trip signal contact closes when a fault occurs which is typically used to control a pilot light, or alarm.

Is there a replacemnet for the old DOL motor starters like LE1D12U7R10?

All of the LE1D12U7R** parts have now been Divide into two parts enclosed starter and thermal overload see table for the new part numbers/ format:

What is the overload to suit LE3D12N7 star delta starter?

Overload to suit LE3D12N7 will be either LRD12, LRD14 or LRD16 depending on application.

Alternative Overload for the PDL56T992 (6.0-9.2A)

Either go for the LRD12 (5.0-8.0A) or the LRD14 (7.0-10.0A) depending on the size of the motor. This will not fit the old 56 Series DOL starter

What is the part code for a Thermal Overload 9-13A

The part code is LRD16 overload

What is the Din rail terminal block to suit the LRD12?

The LAD7B106 fits the LRD01 to LRD35 range.

What is the part code for a DOL 1P 240V AC Coil 4kW 9A, with 10-12A overload

                          Use a PDL56DOL9LOBGY and a LRD16 overload.

What is the 415v remote reset for the LRD14 overload?

The part number for the415VAC or DC remote reset for the LRD01...35 and the LRD313....365 is LAD703N
See data sheet for more information......https://eshop.schneider-electric.com/product.aspx?org=21&lang=1&dist=276&prod_id=LAD703N...User-added image

What is the replacement for a Clipsal 6CTR38/15?

This is part of the old Clipsal 6 series contactors which are no longer available .It is an old Clipsal overload, which would need to be changed over to a Schneider LC1D range contactor with overload to suit . Over load to use is either LRD21 for 12-18A or LRD16 for 9-13A

For correct selection of contactor and overload required please call Schneider Electric on 1300 369 233

What is the difference between the LA7D305 and LAD7305, remote control reset mechanism by flexible cable?

Identifying differences between two similar part numbers.

                          Product Line:
                          IEC contactors and starters

Products sold and used in the United States

                          Choosing the correct part number

                          LAD7305 is for use on LRD01 to LRD35 , LR3D01 to LR3D35, and LRD313 to LRD365.
LA7D305 is for use on all other relays (except LRD01 to LRD35 and LR3D01 to LR3D35).

What is the alternative for PDL56T9120 overload?

The alternative is LRD16 but this will not fit the contactor in the 56 series starter as it is for the LC1D range of contactors. The PDL56T9120 is no longer available.
The new range of 56 series starters, 56DOL, have LC1D contactors and LRD overloads (not fitted).

What is the difference between a LR3D21 and LRD21?
