        The contactors are fully rated up to 3000 meters. Following are derating multipliers for altitudes above 3000 meters for both voltage and current:

        For example, an LC1D80 at 5000 meters:

        Can the Advantys STB DeviceNet NIM be used as a standalone bridge to Modbus ?

        No. It cannot be used in this fashion. The minimum configuration for an Advantys STB island would be to have one PDT and one IO module. The suggestion is to use a Basic PDT and IO module to keep cost down. Then using the Advantys Configuration Software, these modules would have to be added to the configuration as well as HMI to PLC and PLC to HMI words configured in the NIM.
