        Are the LAD703F coils rated for continuous duty?

        Issue:
        Can you continuously press the reset button?

        Cause:
        Customer was using competitor brand and it burns after 10 seconds

        Resolution:
        The time for which the coil of the remote tripping or electrical resetting device, LAD703 or LA7D03 can remain energized depends on the rest time in between energizing the coil. 
        Minimum pulse to energize is 200ms

        1 second pulse needs a 9 second rest time
        5 second pulse needs a 30 second rest time
        10 second pulse needs a 90 second rest time
        Maximum duration of energizing the coil is 20 seconds and would require a 300 second rest time.

        See the attached instructions to mount the LAD703 onto the LRD style overloads.
        Apply wiring to the C1 and C2 terminals. 
        When the appropriate voltage is applied, the overload will reset.

        LA7D03 is used on all other LR*D overload relays other than LRD01 to LRD35 and LR3D01 to LR3D35.

         Yes, the old style front mount latch attachments, timing attachments, and auxiliary contacts will mount on the new Tesys D-line relays.

        LC1D80 and LC1D95 does not have an internal bi-directional peak limiting diode on their DC coils. LA4DC3U (Screw connection of wire to the contactor coil terminals 24–250 Vdc, 3p-4p) must be ordered separately.

        The LC1D09 to LC1D38 have an internal diode by default on their DC coils.

        How to use LRD01…35 LRD33•• & LRD43•• and LRD33** as an indepentent relay?

        The LRD relays has a solid tag to be used with LC1D** contactors. If you are not using LC1D contactors then using the following accessories you can terminate cable directly.

        For LRD01…35 use the following part: LAD7B106
        For LRD33•• & LRD43•• (3) use the following part: LA7D3064
