What size hole saw is required for the 240CA ?

As  per installation instructions use a 63mm hole saw to cut holes.

How to implement more than 8 Read_Reg_QX blocks in one cycle to read X80 modbus salve?

The 140CRP module can only implement 8 explicit messaging per cycle, so if using Read_Reg_QX through CRP to read NOM, only 8 Read_Reg_QX can be implemented in one cycle.
The NOE module can implement 16 explicit messaging per cycle, so using NOE interlink CRP could improve the capability of explicit massaging implementation.
But Read_Reg_QX block doesn't support to use with NOE module, the workaround is to use MBP_MSTR with Functioncode 15 to read X80 modbus salve through NOE interlink CRP.

Please refer to attached document to show you how to use MSTR with Function Code15.

How is the 50C rating accomplished in the Enclosed ATS22 Soft Start Controllers?

Issue:
Customer ordered an Enclosed Altistart 22 and there is no circulating fan inside the enclosure.

Product line:
Enclosed ATS22, Altistart 22

Environment:
NEMA 1 and NEMA 12 enclosed.

Cause:
Customer has ordered but found no circulating fan inside.

Resolution:
Engineering uses an oversized ATS22 softstart with de-rating based on temperature instead of adding a cooling fan.

Example - ATS22C14S6U has 124 nominal motor current.  We want 52C rating, so over nominal temperature (40C) by 12C.  We have a derating of 2.2% for every 1C over 40C.
52-40= 12.  12x2.2% = 26.4%.  26.4% of 124 = 32.24.   32.24 is the deduction for the 124 nominal motor current of ATS22C14S6U.  So the ATS22C14S6U has only rated to 91.76A motor in 52C temperature.

"Couldn't determine unit type based on ModelNum" when using EM4800 configuration tool

Issue
When connection to EM4xxx meters using the EM4800 configuration tool, an error message pops up:
"Couldn't determine unit type based on ModelNum xxxxxxxx-xx-xx"

What ambient conditions are acceptable for operation and storage of the Masterpact NT and NW circuit breakers?

Issue:
What considerations must be made for ambient temperature, humidity, altitude, and vibration when storing or operating Masterpact NW and NT circuit breakers?

Product Line:
Circuit Breakers

Environment:
Masterpact NW and Masterpact NT circuit breakers

Resolution:
Masterpact circuit breakers are suited for use:
At ambient temperatures between -13°F (-25°C) and 158°F (70°C).  Operating the breaker above 104F (40C) may require derating or overbussing the circuit breaker.  See attachment for details.
At altitudes less than or equal to 13,000ft. (3900 meters).  At altitudes < 6600 ft. (2000 m), rerating factors apply.  See attachment for details.
It is recommended that the equipment be cooled or heated to the proper operating temperature and kept free of excessive vibration and dust, and be protected from water intrusion and condensation.
See attachment for vibration, humidity, and storage recommendations.
