What protective devices are required for EV Chargers?

Protective devices which are required for EV chargers can be either RCBO or MCB+RCCB. 

For 1P 16A  => 3,7Kw load    protection devices = 20A curve C + type B 30mA ( A9F54220 + A9Z51240)
For 1P 32A  => 7Kw load       protection devices = 40A curve C + type B 30mA  ( A9F54240 + A9Z51240)
For 3P 16A  => 11Kw load     protection devices = 20A curve C + type B 30mA  ( A9F54420 + A9Z51440)
For 3P 32A  => 22Kw load     protection devices = 40A curve C + type B 30mA  ( A9F54440 + A9Z51440)

The circuit breaker value (20A or 40A) depends on the cable size, length and environmental parameters (up to the electrician)
