Are the CA2SK11UE7 and 31168-640-54 the same devices?

Issue:
Identify the difference between CA2SK11UE7 and 31168-640-54.

Product Line:
TeSys SK IEC relays

Environment:
TeSys SK IEC relays, Industrial Control Relays

Resolution:
Yes, these are the same components. CA2SK11UE7 is stocked in France and 31168-640-54 is stocked in North America (primarily used on class 8903 type L lighting contactors with form R6).

Identifying mechanically held contactor versus electrically held contactor

Issue:
How to tell whether lighting contactor is mechanically held or electrically held

Product Line:
8903 Lighting contactors

Environment:
Products sold and used in the United States

Cause:
Catalog numbers are not always known and visual identification must be performed.

Resolution:
Electrically held contactors have a single coil which is continuously energized to engage the power contacts.  Mechanically held contactors have two different coils, a latching coil and an unlatching coil.  These coils are only momentarily energized to engage or disengage the power contacts.

What is the replacement for Sarel 87903?

The replacement for Sarel 87903 is NSYCVF300M230PF

NSYCVF300M230PF
ClimaSys forced vent. IP54, 300m3/h, 230V, with outlet grille and filter G2

Two-level float switch

Issue:

Is there a two-level float switch

Product Line:

9038 float switches

Environment:

US product

Cause:

Two-level units are necessary for certain applications

Resolution:

The Form N4 added to certain 9038 float switches will change their function from an alternating unit to a two-level unit.  This form is not available on every model 9038.  Care should be taken to check availability before quotations are made.

What are the neutral current transformers used for ground fault sensing NT and NW Masterpact breakers?

What's the difference between a regular Home member, an Administrator and the Homeowner?

The Homeowner has access to all functions. Administrator has access to all functions except the ability to transfer the homeowner rights, delete the home and granting administrator rights to other members. A common member only has access to operate devices, receive notifications (alarm, moment/automation trigger, device added/removed and invite) from a home, configure device settings and schedules.
