Infrascan 750WPR is not operating correctly when a manual override on switch is wired in parallel with the LED indicator wired to stay on when the load is on.

You are getting a backfeed through your switchwire which is causing the relay in the infrascan to stay on. The solution would be to install a diode on your switchwire to stop the backfeed going to your sensor.

Does the 750WPR has a manual override?

The 750WPR can be Manually overriden by wiring as per the install instructions with a physical switch. The unit itself does not have an inbuilt system for manual override.

Will a 2-wire Infrascan 750WP Sensor operate with 20W load?

No, Unfortunately a 20W load will not operate a 2-wire Infrascan 750WP Sensor as it has a minimum load of 40W. You can increse the minimum load by adding multiple lights or a larger light. Alternatively you can install a product called a 31CAP which is a capacitor specifically designed to "increase" the minimum load.

The characteristics of a 31CAP capacitor are:
      Values Description
      Amp 0.025A (Ampere)  =  25mA (Milliampere).
      Watts 6W
      Voltage 240V
      Microfarad 0.33μF
Maximum amount stacked in parallel 3
