What safety functions are available in the ATV32 and ATV71 series drives?

Customer usually uses ATV32 drives and makes use of the integrated safety functions. They now have an application that requires a drive larger than 20HP. The largest ATV32 is 20HP so customer is considering an ATV71 instead but needs to verity the safety functions of the ATV71 meet the requirements of their installation.
ATV32 has better features concerning safety - it can perform:
- STO (Safe Torque Off, stopping category 0 and 1)
- SS1 (Safe Stop 1),
- SLS (Safely-Limited Speed).
ATV71 can do STO, only.
Particularly, concerning STO, ATV32 is also better than ATV71:
ATV32 can do some STO's without any external safety module (like Preventa):
- STO SIL1 stopping category 0 on STO input, ( EN 954-1 category 2, IEC/EN 61508 , IEC/EN 60204-1)

There are no circuit breaker enclosures available for molded case circuit breakers that is manufactured from a non metallic material. Only metal type enclosures are available.
The purpose of this Resolution is to inform users of 24vdc Momentum I/O Bases that the fusing requirement has changed.
Using a 315ma fast blow fuse on a redesigned 24vdc Momentum base may cause the fuse to blow when powered up. Since the 24vdc Momentum I/O bases have been redesigned to meet the new EMC and power hold-up requirements, it was necessary to increase the size of the external fusing.
The external fusing is indicated in the User Manuals as follows. It does not affect the recommended fusing for the I/O power.
The recommended size of the external fuse for all Momentum I/O modules that are powered by 24 VDC, has changed from a 315ma Fast Blow fuse to a 1Amp Slow Blow fuse (Bussmann GDC-1A or equivalent).
The 1A Slow Blow fuse can be used on both new and old versions of 24vdc powered Momentum I/O bases listed below.
