When starting the PowerLogic SMSWeb application in a web browser, the user receive a large popup box (preceding the log-in screen) that reads:
The Powerlogic Web Downloading Interface could not install. You must be logged on to your PC as an Administrator, and have your browser Internet Options Security set to default levels.
Following the first error, a small popup message box will read:
SMS 4.0, SMS 4.2, SMS 4.3
This error may be caused by logging into the computer with a user name and blank password.
Log on to the desktop using an administrator user name and non-blank password. After doing so, restart the PowerLogic SMSWeb application in a web browser. The user should be prompted with a message box reading, "Do you want to install this software?" The box will show "Square D Company" as the Publisher. At this point, click the "Install" button, and proceed to the log-in screen for SMSWeb.
