      Resolution:

      The NetBotz 355 and 455 are Class 0 POE devices.

      The IEEE standard 802.3 for supplying power over Ethernet allows the device providing power to use a voltage between 36–57 V DC. The nominal voltage is 48 V with a current of 10–400 mA, subject to a maximum load power of 15.40 Watts.

      BACnet Integration is not currently supported by any Netbotz devices / appliances. NetBotz v3 (355, 450, 455, 550, & 570) & NetBotz 250 appliances do offer a Modbus output option.

      3rd party device configuration.

      Resolution:

      Once the I/O Device is connected to the Appliance, configuration for the Seal/O device can be done by the following:

      1. Launch the Advanced View on the Appliance.
      2. Double click the 'Serial Devices' Applet
      3. In the drop-down menu, select the Sea-Level Product >> SeaLevel SeaI/O 450.
      4. Then select 'OK'

       

      NetBotz | USB-attached external storage data loss due to upgrade/downgrade

      Resolution:

      When upgrading (or downgrading) any version of NetBotz firmware when the running version has been configured to support USB-attached external storage, camera capture images and alert history (graphs and other alert information) are deleted from the storage device when it is re-attached under control of the upgraded or downgraded firmware.

      Workaround: Use network-attached storage instead (Windows share or Unix NFS).

      Fix Status: No fix available.
