With an ATV212, is there a auto/ manual configuration to switch between PID reference and a second analog reference?

Is there an auto/ manual configuration to switch between PID reference and a second analog reference. on the ATV212 drive?

      Product Line:
      Altivar 212

      Auto/manual switching

[Auto/man speed ref] Auto/Manual Speed Reference Switching 0
      0 [Enable]
      1  [Disable]
Switching between two speed reference sources by means of a logic input is enabled if parameter F200 is set to 0.
To use this function, you need to assign a logic input to function 38, Auto/Man speed ref.
When the assigned logic input is off, the drive will follow the speed reference source defined by parameter [Frequency mode sel]
When the assigned logic input is on, the drive will follow the speed reference source defined by parameter [Remote spd ref 2]
When parameter F200 is set to 1, the drive will follow the FMOd speed reference source when it is operating above 1 Hz.
Below 1 Hz, it will follow the F207 speed reference source

Magelis HMI writes REAL values to Zelio as 2 INTs

Why does the REAL value from the HMI get written to the Zelio as two large numbers?

      Product Line:
      Vijeo Designer, Magelis, Zelio

We have found that when we write a REAL to the Zelio from Vijeo Designer, the HMI runtime is actually writing the correct values. However, since the Zelio doesn’t have a “REAL” type to display it as we expect, it is storing the bit representation of the REAL in 2 words.

For example, when we write 2.1 from the HMIGTO, it will display 16390 and 26214 in Zelio in two consecutive INTs. The data format used to display the value in Zelio is not same but the bit representation is correct.

When we convert 16390 to binary, we have 01000000 00000110
When we convert 26214 to binary, we have 01100110 01100110
      When we convert 2.1, we get precisely  01000000 00000110 01100110 01100110

Be sure to keep this in mind when using REALs in Vijeo Designer and writing to the Zelio.

Is there an alternative for SS165/15/2?

There is no direct replacement for the SS165/15/2
The closest product to the SS165/5/2 is the 362 and 363 series of surface switches
