      Program the nameplate motor parameters into the following parameters:
      CODE - DESCRIPTION
      thr - Motor thermal prot.
      uLu - Motor rated voltage
      F415 - Motor rated current
      F417 - Motor rated speed

      Make the following parameter settings:
      CODE - DESCRIPTION SETTING
      LL - Low limit frequency as desired
      UL - Upper limit freq 60
      Dec - Deceleration ramp time as desired
      ACC - Acceleration ramp time as desired
      CMOD - Command mode selection 0
