1.) 15597 is a PF20 3Pole Fixed type Type 2 LV Surge Arrester.
2.) 16447 is a PRD20 3Pole Withdrawable type Type 2 LV Surge Arrester.
Both are suitable to be used in low risk level and for use in TNC Earthing systems.
The difference is that 15597 at its end of life needs to be replaced as it is Fixed type, while 16447 at its end of life can be reused by simply replacing the cartridge as it is Withdrawable type, and the other major advantage is that the wiring does not get disturbed.

If the server locale is set to anything other than English US, The StruxureWare's web client ignores the selection of US Units so that values show up as Celsius rather than Fahrenheit.
This issue is resolved on StruxureWare Data Center Expert version 7.2

No. A warning flag will not prevent you from building a project. This flag is calculated based on the worst case scenario for what the modules can handle. A more accurate calculation would be to take into account the actual current draw of the field devices being used. Web browsers with Java versions greater than 1.4.2 and less than 1.6 do not properly display M1E and 170ENT1101 web page applets. These pages may display a blank gray or white area but static (text) web pages will display properly.
Installing SUN Java version of 1.6.0 or higher into Windows browsers allows the M1E/170ENT11001 web page applets to be viewed properly.
