Unknown error in Unity Pro project after building

“Unknown error” can occur after exporting from concept and importing into Unity Pro. If multiple use of FB instance is selected as “warning” in project properties this can also cause the error after importing.
Solution: export from Unity Pro as .Zef and then import back into Unity. Then rebuild.
