SUMMARY:
Periodically the dual monitor Intouch application will shrink onto one monitor. The non-popup InTouch windows become scaled to fit on half of one monitor. The application then stops responding to the users’ interactions
SITUATION:
- Applies to System Platform InTouch 2020 R2
- Windows 10
- Dual 1280 x 1024 monitors
- Periodically the dual monitor application will shrink onto one monitor. The non-popup InTouch windows become scaled to fit on half of one monitor. The application then stops responding to the users’ interactions.
- Popup windows are not affected as these can open outside the application window.
- This happens during normal operation.
ACTION:
As a workaround, user can apply the following steps:
- Go to installation path, Right click on view.exe and select properties.
- Select 'Compatibility' tab.
- Under 'Compatibility mode', check/select 'Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows 8 '.
