Issue:Sometimes an Install will fail for various reasons. Usually the install can be started again from where it previously failed. At times however you are not given the option to start the installation from scratch. This means you need to remove the memory of the previous failed installation.

Resolution:To clear the memory of the install you need to delete an entry from the Registry. When you do an install it creates an Entry at the following location: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Schneider Electric\Installer
For example in my machine we tested by "failing" an ION Setup install. I our registry it created the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Schneider Electric\Installer\3C699545-982D-4C43-AC0C-5F48C6C98B8D
Once we deleted the 3C699545-982D-4C43-AC0C-5F48C6C98B8D we were able to reinstall ION Setup without any issue.
